Become a Civil Service Employee
Currently, the Joinder employs over 170 full-time employees, the vast majority of whom are civil service employees.
In order for an individual to be considered for employment with either of these agencies, your name must appear on a “local government” Civil Service employment list for a classification that the Agency employs. An individual must be a resident from Lycoming or Clinton County to appear on the “local government” list for the Lycoming-Clinton Mental Health & Intellectual Disabilities/Autism Services Program and a resident of Lycoming County to appear on the “local government” list for employment with the Lycoming Children and Youth Agency.
